Taste:
Fresh, rich and complex, it shows good varietal notes of Verdejo and a long finish. With good structure and a lovely acidity, it also has a powerful aftertaste of aniseed and white flowers, and some fine citrus fruit (grapefruit, lime) nuances.

Intense, complex and potent. Bright, fresh, elegant, suave but with great structure. Delicious with a light sweetness at the initial taste. Complex with the perfect blend of bitterness corresponding to this variety. Long permanence in the mouth with aftertaste of aromatic herbs and balsamic.
