The wine comes from vines grown on terraces above the Rhone.
Mix of different terroir, some of them have pebbly soil.
Winemaking:
Skin-maceration and cold-pre-fermentation, drained juices on
fresh harvest, sold settling, low temperature fermentation
at 57 degrees Fahrenheit.
Color:
Lovely pale golden yellow.
Aroma:
Floral nose, highly expressive ending on a touch of pear
notes.
Taste:
Round and fleshy in the mouth, this wine has nice acidity.
Well balanced finish with aromas of apple.
