Mix of different terroir, some of them have pebbly soil.
Winemaking:
Skin-maceration and cold-pre-fermentation, drained juices on
fresh harvest, sold settling, low temperature fermentation
at 57 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lovely pale golden yellow.
Aroma:
Floral nose, highly expressive ending on a touch of pear
notes.
Taste:
Round and fleshy in the mouth, this wine has nice acidity.
Well balanced finish with aromas of apple.

Winemaking:
After a parcel selection of the vineyard, the grapes are
harvested when perfectly ripe then destemmed and trod.
Aged:
Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperature
controlled for about 1 month and careful extraction of color
and structure.

Aroma:
Aromas of fresh red berries and dark fruit
Taste:
Elegant and complex, the mouth is pleasant and round. Highly
structured with an excellent balance of alcohol and tannins.
